Silo

Silo---for storage of powder materials such as cement, fly ash, etc.;mainly used as cementing materials for main material and face material.

Screw Conveyor

Screw Conveyor---for conveyance of cement and other powder materials, and deliver these powder materials into weighing system.

Batcher for Main Material

It is mainly used for storage of sand, stone, construction wastes and other kinds of production aggregate. Depending on the production of different product grading, various aggregates are weighed automatically according to pre-setting ratio by weighing system, and then transferred into mixer by horizontal belt conveyor.

Batcher for Color Pigment

It is mainly used for storage of face material—fine sand and coarse sand, Depending on the production of different product grading, face materials are weighed automatically according to pre-setting ratio by weighing system, and then transferred into mixer by horizontal belt conveyor.

Batching and Mixing System for Main Material

Load various raw materials (sand, stone and other recycled aggregate, etc.) separately into hopper according to product grading requirements, load cement and other powder materials into silo; prepare water and turn on microcomputer controlled auto-switch, at the same time aggregates go separately through their own hopper gate into the weighing device for measuring, after measuring, the materials are delivered into the skip of mixer via horizontal belt conveyor. The skip will be raised to the right position and then discharge the materials into mixer. Meanwhile cement are delivered into cement weighing hopper via screw conveyor;water is drawn into water weighing tank via water pump. After measuring of every material, these weighing devices enter a wait state. When signal of material requirement received, the materials are discharged into mixer, and then the weighed cement and water will be added into mixer; put all these materials into mixer sequentially and then mix. When the pre-setting mix time has reached, the discharging gate of mixer open and the mixture go through the cone hopper into the main material hopper of molding equipment. The whole procedure is controlled automatically by microcomputer. Because every measuring and conveyance is executed simultaneously, this mixer system has a higher efficiency.
Batching and mixing system includes: batcher for main material, weighing hopper, belt conveyor; mixer for main material, humidity sensor, hoist skip, belt conveyor for concrete, silo, screw conveyor and other accessories.

Batching and Mixing System for Color Pigment

Batching and mixing system for color pigment includes:batcher for face material, weighing hopper, belt conveyor; mixer for face material, humidity sensor, hoist skip, belt conveyor for concrete, silo, screw conveyor and other accessories.

Belt Conveyor

Belt Conveyor---7.for conveyance of the mixed material to the hopper of main block making machine for both main material and color pigment, and then waiting for production.

Automatic Block Making Machine

It can produce different types of blocks by changing the moulds and it has functions like automatic material feeding, automatic vibrating, pressing and molding, automatic steady de-molding, quick mould change, detection of material level, etc.; to deliver the materials on the belt for vibrating, pressing and molding, and then convey the blocks to the wet products conveyor line; equipped with barriers, alarm bell and emergency stop button.

Wet Products Conveyor with Clearing Device

It is used for conveyance of the molded wet products and cleaning burrs on the surface of blocks. Its function is to clean the products and then transfer to the elevator to finish the wet products conveying process. We adopt “soft connection” between belt and pallet, and the conveying speed is adjustable by frequency conversion speed control to protect blocks from damaging inertias and smoothly convey the formed products to the elevator.

Elevator

It is used for receiving and stacking the pallets with products produced by main block making machine (two pallets every time, twelve layers), lifting to the fixed height, and then the pallets with products are transferred to the curing room by finger car. The structure design of elevator and lowerator is firm and reliable. The two-side special conveyor chain for elevating can guarantee that the supporting plate has the features of firm connection, heavy loading capacity and low probability of looseness.

Program Control Finger Car

Program Control Finger Car--The son car is used for taking wet products out of the elevator and the mother car together with the son car transfers horizontally to the front of curing room, delivers the wet products into the curing room, takes out the cured products, and then conveys them to the lowerator. The control system can automatically memorize and save all production data, and the finger car can enter any position of the curing room accurately and has auto-alarm function.

Curing Room

placing new products along with the pallets into the curing room can shorten the blocks curing period and increase the strength of the blocks. The size of curing room depends on that of the main machine.

Lowerator

mainly used for lowering the cured products on the pallets to the conveyor for easy of cubing and pallet recycling. The structure and control principle is similar to that of elevator, with the exception of running in the opposite direction.

Dry Products Conveyor and Pre-cubing Device

used for convoying dry products and pre-cubing the blocks which are about to go through the cuber. Its function is to transfer cured dry products (blocks) to dry products conveyor by lowerator, and convey to the position under the cuber, waiting for cubing. After cubing, the pallets will be transferred to horizontal conveyor to finish the dry products conveying process. It realizes production process automation with features of precise movement, reliable positioning, stably running and efficiently producing.

Cuber

used for stacking the cured blocks from the dry products conveyor to the shipping pallet on heavy chain conveyor. The cuber adopts gantry structure and trolley guide rails are installed on the top. Horizontal moving trolley is driven by frequency control motor reducer to move back and forth on the rails, to realize the position switch between blocks grasping and stacking.

Wooden Pallet Separator

Wooden Pallet Separator--It receives the pallet releasing signal from electronic controller and release the lowest pallet from wooden pallet magazine to the heavy chain conveyor under the cuber for holding the cubed blocks (bricks).

Horizontal Conveyor

Horizontal Conveyor---for pallets' horizontal conveying. It transfers the pallets from dry product conveyor to pallet feeder to finish the pallet conveying. The pallets can be oiled during conveying. It realizes production process automation with features of precise movement, reliable positioning, stably running and efficiently producing.

Scraper

Scraper cleans the concrete waste on the surface of pallets.

Pallet turning device

Pallet turning device is used to turn over the pallets. The function is to turnover 180 degree for the pallet on the dry products conveyor line, finishing the pallet turnover, so both sides are available to be uses and not easy to cause deformation, prolonging the service life.

Pallet Stacker

used for stacking the used pallets on the pallet cache device for backup.

Pallet cache device

used to store spare pallets.

Pallet Storage Magazine

used for the storage of pallets which are going to be use.

Central Control System

23.Central Control System centralized controls the entire production line, fully automated operation; having the function of remote maintenance system;

The above control subsystems are all centralized controlled in the central control room. Not only can the fully automatic control of production line on total console of be achieved via high-performance digital logic control system, but each system runs on an independent control.
