The daily maintenance and management of concrete block making machine is an important premise to ensure the safety and stable production of enterprises. Below please check introduction for daily maintenance of concrete block making machines.

1. Each positioning screw should be checked daily to prevent loosening.

2. Regularly check whether the gaps of each part of block machine is normal and adjust in time.

3. The vibrator screw should be checked regularly, to avoid disconnection due to uneven force caused by loosening.

4. Electric cabinet should be maintained daily for regular dust-proof & dust-remove.

5. Keep chains and gears lubricated, including mixers, conveyors, feeding car, stackers, main machine and batching plant.

6. Each reducer should be oiling regularly.

7. Regularly check vibrator oil volume. The oil would be OK if it can just flow out from screw hole. If it is found that the oil seal of the vibration shaft or upper part of the vibrator with oil leakage, it should be repaired in time.

8. The fixing screws of the limited switch and the probe should be checked regularly, to prevent loosening and failure;

9. Regularly check the high and low voltage lines, mainly at the joints.
